What is the shelf life of your products?

All our products are made fresh daily.

We recommend consuming the products within 4 hours of purchase. 

 

For chilled shui kueh, items can be consumed within 3 days when stored intact and in the chiller. Once the product is opened, please consume within the next 4 hours.

How should I reheat Jian Bo Shui Kueh?

Steaming instructions:

Please steam the product in boiling water for approximately 6 to 8 minutes.

 

Microwave instructions:

For chilled products - For standard microwave ovens (800W),

please heat on high for approximately 2 to 3 minutes.

 

For products stored at room temperature - Please heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes.

Are your products Halal certified?

Although our products do not have the relevant Halal certification, there is no pork and lard used in our products.

Are your products vegetarian?

Our shui kueh is not vegetarian friendly as both our chai poh and chilli contain shellfish. 

 

For vegetarian friendly items, you may like to try out our selection of fried snacks, sweet kuehs and Chee Cheong Fun in soya sauce.

Can we purchase your products online?

For online orders, you can place your order via Grab/ Foodpanda if your address falls within their delivery radius.
