Healthy Cauliflower Rice

Fried rice has always been carbohydrates-rich. How about substituting cauliflower for rice? Consuming fried rice will not be as guilty anymore. Thank you @mejtime for the recipe and visual!

Ingredients

  1. Garlic (2 Cloves)

  2. Yellow onion (¼ Cup)

  3. Spring onion (¼ Cup)

  4. Carrot (½ Cup)

  5. Cauliflower (1 Cup)

  6. Eggs (2)

  7. Our Signature Hei Bee Hiam (3 Tablespoon)

  8. Meat (150g)

  9. Ground white pepper (2 tbsp)

  10. Soy sauce (2 Tablespoon)

Directions

  • Assemble ingredients in room temperature. 

  • Rinse carrot, yellow onion, spring onion, cauliflower with water twice.

  • Mince garlic and blend cauliflower.

  • Prepare meat. 

  • When the pan heats up, fry all the ingredients on a pan. 

  • Season with ground white pepper and soy sauce. 

  • Take pan off heat and plate.

  • Serve!
