1.   Senior Marketing Executive
 

The Senior Marketing Executive is pivotal to the success of the Company’s branding and public relations, development-to-execution of projects, initiatives, and advertising and promotional plans. He/she manages day-to-day tactical activities, and remains focused on the Company’s long-term strategy and goals. He/she reports to the Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Identify the most effective engagement channels and platforms for the target audience, in order to achieve business objectives.

  • Formulate metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of both traditional and digital marketing campaigns, analyse the results and report findings and provide recommendations.

  • Maintain social media presence across selected digital channels by updating and monitoring the Company’s official social media sites and its contents, and providing timely and appropriate responses to posts.

  • Develop social media content to constantly interest and engage the target audience.

  • Monitor the public and media’s sentiments of the brand and products, plan and carry out PR strategies and campaigns. 

  • Formulate official responses to public/media-raised issues, and work with the Director to finalise the content.

  • Develop and drive customer acquisition strategies to foster customer relationships and attract new customers.

  • Act as custodian of the Brand Manual, and communicate to stakeholders and vendors on brand guidelines to ensure compliance.

  • Liaise with agencies, vendors and suppliers to design and develop product packaging, point-of-sale materials, product brochures, data sheets and advertising copies according to guidelines stated in the Brand Manual.

  • Support and work with the operations team to achieve smooth implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns.

  • Negotiate mutually beneficial contractual terms between marketing/advertising agencies and the Company.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director from time to time.


 

REQUIREMENT

​

  • Extensive knowledge of branding, marketing strategies and channels.

  • Superb inter-personal communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong time management and organisational abilities.

  • A strong sense of design aesthetics will be a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, business administration or similar.

  • At least 3 years of relevant brand management, PR and marketing experience, preferably in the F&B/ FMCG industry, including 3 years of managerial experience.

2.  Creative Designer
​

The Creative Designer is pivotal to the success of the Company’s branding and public relations, development-to-execution of projects, initiatives, and advertising and promotional plans.  He/she is involved with day-to-day tactical activities, conceptualisation, generating and implementing ideas across multiple mediums that will take Jian Bo Shui Kueh to the next level. He/she reports to the Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Work closely with the Director and Marketing team for overall graphic and visual merchandising including in-store displays to ensure consistency with campaign concept and adherence to brand standards.

  • Provide exceptional and consistent standards of visual design by working closely with the Marketing and Operations team for store openings, product launches, key campaigns & store maintenance.

  • Prepare timely and easy-to-implement in store display visual guidelines for outlets

  • Together with the Marketing team for liaison with agencies, vendors and suppliers to design and develop product packaging, point-of-sale materials, product brochures, data sheets and advertising copies according to guidelines stated in the Brand Manual.

  • Develop social media content in various formats to constantly interest and engage the target audience.

  • Maintain and refresh website visuals to be in line with new and upcoming campaigns and announcements.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director from time to time.


 

REQUIREMENT

​

  • A Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or relevant

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in the design/ F&B industry

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools on a Mac platform 

  • Strong organisational skills, able to deliver high quality work under demanding deadlines and with minimal supervision

  • Flair for aesthetics with a strong attention to details

  • Flexible, enthusiatic, adaptable and able to multitask

  • Excellent communication skills; Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin
